PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce all tunes recorded on an information recording medium one time each when audio information is recorded in such a manner that common tunes are included ovelapped in a plurality of albums. SOLUTION: An information recording medium has a plurality of pieces of audio entity information, a plurality of pieces of unit reproduction control information having related information for reproducing the audio entity information, and collective reproduction control information including all the unit production control information included in the recording medium. When a user designates normal reproduction, a reproducing device reproduces the plurality of pieces of audio entity information according to all of the unit reproduction control information included in the collective reproduction control information. When the user designates non-overlapping reproduction, the reproducing device refers to overlapping information to reproduce the plurality of pieces of audio entity information according to the unit reproduction control information other than overlapping reproduction control information, therefore making it possible to reproduce the audio information in an appropriate reproduction mode in response to the user's selection.
