The invention relates to a system which can be accessed by means of a coded data carrier (5) via access terminals (8) which are provided with a device (9) for reading the data carrier (5). In order to code the access authorisation data on the data carrier, the person wishing to obtain access has both a data carrier (5) and a device (6) for coding the data carrier (5). The person concerned communicates the desired access authorisation, via a telecommunication device, to a web server (2) which accounts the access authorisation, and transmits the access authorisation data, via the telecommunication device, to the device (6) for coding the data carrier (5). |
