The curling brush has a basic body (1) and a flat air-outlet element (3) which has air outlet holes (2) and a field of adjacent hair-shaping elements (4) distributed over the air-outlet element. At least some of the hair-shaping elements are bent in hay-fork tine shapes. The hair-waving elements in cross-section, have radially outward protruding ridges (7) from the one center.
