PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery order receiving method allowing collection of cargos from a personal home or a stopoff.

SOLUTION: A client selectively inputs various pieces of information from an exclusive reception terminal 290 (or a personal computer) via the Internet 120 and requests for company selection to a home delivery reception service center 130 from the terminal 290. The center 130 receiving the request selects a home delivery company matching needs and transmits collection request information to the company. The home delivery company instructs collection to a collecting vehicle 180. In the dedicated operation terminal 290, a home delivery slip is printed from an attached labeler 299, and the slip is labeled on an object delivery to await collection.
