<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cash management system for allowing charge and discharge of change coins at an optional time in a store and always preparing necessary and sufficient change coins in the store without any management by a store owner. <P>SOLUTION: A coin teller machine 1c allowing charge/discharge of the change coins at any time is arranged in the store 1. The coin teller machine 1c is connected to an operation management device having a cash management table 31 and an offset management table 32 via a network, and residual money information about each denomination in the coin teller machine 1c is managed according to the cash management table 31. The residual money information in the cash management table 31 is compared with a set money value for each denomination previously set in the offset management table 31, and the comparison result is provided to a security company 6 managing the cash.
