<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the improvement in convenience and working efficiency in a commodity sales data processor. <P>SOLUTION: A POS terminal 1 as the commodity sales data processor for executing sales processing of commodities has a noncontact card reader/writer for performing read/write of data to a noncontact IC card through radio waves, and a touch panel 8a provided on a customer side, which is an operation part for accepting the operation for making the noncontact card reader/writer perform the read/write of data to the noncontact IC card. Accordingly, the customer operates the touch panel 8a as the operation part, whereby the noncontact IC card reader/writer performs the read/write of data to the noncontafct IC card. Since the operation which was performed by an operator is performed by the customer, the convenience and working efficiency in the POS terminal 1 are improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
