PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma display device that has a high manufacturing yield by preventing defects such as breakdown voltage defect due to bubbles in the dielectric. SOLUTION: Before forming a dielectric layer of the front panel, the organic materials are effectively removed by a solution containing ozone or a solution containing ethylene carbonate.
