PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that recording/reproduction characteristics cannot be maintained because an optical pickup receives an impact directly and the positional relation of the optical pickup to a disk-like recording medium changes when a recording/reproducing device collides or is dropped down. SOLUTION: A mechanism is moved in inner and outer circumferential directions of a disk by a first guide shaft 13a that is engaged with a main guide bearing of the optical pickup 16 and transmits a driving force to an optical pickup 16 through a nut 17 engaged with a lead screw and a second guide shaft 13b that is engaged with a sub guide bearing. In the mechanism, a guide shaft supporting member 14b supporting the first guide shaft 13a at the outer circumferential side of a disk is provided with a position regulating part 47. The second guide shaft 13b and a supporting guide shaft supporting member 14d are provided at the outer circumferential side of the disk with a flexible shape part having a prescribed gap such that the optical pickup 16 abuts on the flexible shape part at a position where the optical pickup 16 is allowed to abut on the position regulating part 47.
