PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for restricting data transfer quantity in a plurality of channels as well as a single channel to solve a problem of increase of data transfer quantity on a network because of overlap of requests and responses in respective management systems in a system for transferring data for requests and responses from a plurality of the management systems to managed systems on the channels in a relay method on the network in a hierarchy network constitution.
