PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate with a WWW system regardless of a difference in a kind of contents between a network access device and the WWW system by cooperating with the network access device. SOLUTION: An interpreter device 10 connected to a global IPv4 to IPv6 network 12 is arranged between a mobile gateway 18 and a remote server 22 or between the mobile gateway 18 and a web apparatus 24 for providing a transmissible dynamic interpretation. A user is only required to set a local address and a remote address of the interpreter device 10 before using the interpreter device 10. The interpreter device 10 transmits a file between a mobile apparatus 14 (for example, a cellular phone) and the remote server 22 (for example, a WWW web site server) or between the mobile apparatus 14 and the web apparatus 24.
