PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of always consecutively monitoring conditions of monitoring target equipment such as a reefer container, and executing central control. SOLUTION: This system has: monitoring terminal devices 10 connected to the plurality of reefer containers A, detecting each operation state of the reefer containers A; Ethernets(R) 3; a monitoring server 30 collecting operation data of the reefer containers A from the monitoring terminal devices 10 via routers 20 and the Internet 4 to monitor the reefer containers A; and user personal computers 40 capable of communicating with the monitoring server 30 via the Internet 4. When abnormality is detected in the operation state of one of the reefer containers A, the monitoring server 30 transmits the abnormal detection data to a cellphone 50 of a user managing the reefer container A wherein the abnormality occurs.
