PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration cycle heating and drying system for a bathroom which has high heating efficiency or dehumidifying and drying efficiency and high safety by using refrigerant which has very little effect on the global environment. SOLUTION: A refrigerant concentration sensor 22 and a ventilating means 30 are provided to assure safety by using natural refrigerant such as carbon dioxide which is in a supercritical condition on high pressure side as a refrigerant.
