PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve built-up workability of a concrete form by assembling in advance a nut for fixing a separator to a clamp to utilize it and by preventing the nut from being lost and dropped out. SOLUTION: Two sheets of form panels made of corrugated panels are retained in a specified interval by a separator and concrete is placed in a space partitioned by the two sheets of form panels. The movement of the nut screwed in the separator is made free and made it unable to be removed to attach to the clamp fixing the separator retaining the two sheets of form panels in a specified interval together with a reinforcing bar member.
