PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene film which has the same optical properties such as transparency and gloss as that in the conventional technique, and furthermore excels in low temperature heatsealability and blocking resistance. SOLUTION: A polypropylene resin composition comprises 99-10 wt.% propylene copolymer (X) comprising of 1-30 wt.% copolymer A component of propylene and a 4≥Cα-olefin (and, if necessary, ethylene) which meets a content of the 4≥Cα-olefin of 1 to less than 15 mol% and an ethylene content of≤5 mol% and 70-99 wt.% copolymer B component of propylene and a 4≥Cα-olefin which has a content of the 4≥Cα-olefin of 15-30 mol% and furthermore meets an ethylene content of≤5 mol%, 0-60 wt.% copolymer (Y) of propylene and anα-olefin and/or ethylene composed of a propylene content of 86-97 wt.% and the content of a sum of the ethylene and theα-olefin of 3-14 wt.%, and 1-30 wt.% crystalline olefin (co)polymer (Z) having a melting point of≤115°C.
