PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid-crystal polyester resin composition which produces a molding having a small amount of black foreign matters even if exposed to a high temperature. SOLUTION: The liquid-crystal polyester resin composition comprises a liquid-crystal polyester and at least one kind of a phosphite-based compound represented by formula (R<SP>1</SP>is a hydrogen atom, a 1-4C alkyl group or a phenyl group; R<SP>2</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl group or a phenyl group).
