PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protection sheet of which the adhesive power to various adherends is good and increases little even when the sheet is used outdoors or stored at a high temperature and which exhibits good peelability when peeled from an adherend. SOLUTION: The surface protection sheet is formed by co-extruding a substrate layer containing a polyolefin resin and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains a propylene copolymer prepared by copolymerizing propylene, at least oneα-olefin selected from among 4-12Cα-olefins, and ethylene and a thermoplastic styrene elastomer of which the maximum tanδvalue obtained by the kinematic viscoelasticity measurement in the temperature range of -65°C to 80°C is in the temperature range of -40°C to -25°C.
