PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug for preventing and treating serious sepsis and a TLR signal inhibitor. SOLUTION: The drug for preventing and treating the serious sepsis comprises a cycloalkene compound expressed by formula 1 or 2 or their salts or their prodrug.
