PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone dust collecting device for a vacuum cleaner by which a grill arranged at an exhaust port in a cyclone body is easily maintained. SOLUTION: The device includes: the cyclone body having an intake port and the exhaust port so as to form a rotational gas flow concerning sucked air containing dust which flows-in through the intake port; a dust cup which is freely attached to/detached from the cyclone body so as to collect dust which is centrifugalized from the air by the rotational gas flow inside the cyclone body; the grill which is disposed at the exhaust port in the cyclone body so as to prevent dust separated from the air from reversely flowing through the exhaust port of the cyclone body, and which is provided with multiple passages communicating with the exhaust port; and a grill cleaning means for automatically sweeping out very small dust stuck to the grill while being operated when the cleaner is driven for usage, and removing the dust.
