In order to prevent the infiltration of a hydraulic liquid outside a hydraulic liquid reservoir (1) during the starting of a vehicle, the reservoir is compartmented by means of an anti-overflow partition (16). The anti-overflow partition is embodied in such a way that the anti-overflow partition captures the air inside the reservoir in the vicinity of a feed opening (11) disposed in a position on an upper part of said anti-overflow partition.
