<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an unnecessary electromagnetic wave caused by a charge/discharge current that flows from a power conversion circuit via a floating capacity by reducing the area of a current loop in the power conversion circuit, particularly in a semiconductor module. <P>SOLUTION: An output electrode 10 having DC positive-side potential, an output electrode 11 having DC negative-side potential, an output electrode 12 connected to a load and an output electrode 34 that is an electrode having the same potential as earthing potential or the like are arranged at the semiconductor module that constitutes the power conversion circuit. The output electrode 34 is connected to a copper base 17, for example, having the same potential as the earthing potential by a copper bar or a power line 35. The area of the current loop usually has occupied a space between the electrode 10 and the electrode 11, and the space is now narrowed as the one between the electrode 10 and the electrode 34, or between the electrode 34 and the electrode 11, thus reducing the unnecessary electromagnetic wave. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
