<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the serious defect that it is very dangerous and takes time and cost as traffic restriction such as one-way traffic has to be imposed for passing vehicles during the work since the repair work of the bulb failure is performed by an elevated repair vehicle as the traditional road lamp of the high way is installed on the top end of a tall iron pole. <P>SOLUTION: To solve the problem, the lamp bulb or the like is housed in a case that can be separated from the iron pole, and this case is hung down by a wire or the like which is let passing inside or outside of the iron pole, and after the repair, hung up and can be set in the original position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
