<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily take out recording sheets ejected into a recording paper eject section. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device comprises a recording paper preparing section 3 in which an image forming section for forming an image on paper as the recording sheet is arranged, having a recording paper eject port 5 from which the recording paper is ejected, and the recording paper eject section 4 provided on the upper surface of the recording paper preparing section 3 for containing the recording paper 8 ejected from the recording paper eject port 5 of the recording paper preparing section 3. The recording paper eject section 4 is provided with an eject tray 20 removably arranged spaced apart from the upper surface of the recording paper preparing section 3 and freely remove from it.
