SYSTEM FOR INSTANT LOAN SECURED BY CREDIT COLLATERAL AND ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for instant loan secured by a credit sales collateral requiring no receipt of information about the credit sales collateral from a terminal machine in an affiliated shop.

SOLUTION: This system for instant loan is constructed of: a communication function management unit which communicates with an external system; a secured credit information unit managing information about the credit sales collateral; and a loan transaction management unit managing related information. In credit transaction in the affiliated shop making a contract with a predetermined credit company, a predetermined amount of money is lent to the affiliated shop, while the credit sales collateral based on credit transaction authenticated via a credit information processing center, which transmits/receives information about credit transaction and information about its authentication between the card company and the affiliated shop, is used as security.
