PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new magnetic logic element that has a small size and can perform logical processing, and to provide a magnetic logic element array constituted by arraying the element. SOLUTION: The magnetic logic element has at least two or more magnetic layers (HM and SM), an intermediate layer (SP) interposed between the magnetic layers (HM and SM), and a direction of magnetization control section for the magnetic layer (SM). Two or more input signals A and B used for controlling the direction of magnetization of the magnetic layer (SM) are provided and the magnetization of the magnetic layer (SM) is decided by combining the input signals A and B by respectively assigning 0 and 1 to the signals A and B.
