PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service system of an air conditioner for providing total solution over fields of a customer, an owner or a manager of a building, a proprietary company, a maintenance department, a manufacturing department, and a design and development department. SOLUTION: The service system has a monitoring center 1 having a customer database 207, an operation information database 206 for storing operation information of the air conditioner 101 every consumer, and equipment information database 203 that is related to each customer of the customer database 207 and stores model information of the air conditioner 101. The customer database 207 stores a contract rank for each customer, and the monitoring center 1 determines irregularity of the air conditioner from the operation information. When the irregularity is determined, the service system is connected to the monitoring center 1 via the Internet 306, and transmits information based on the contract rank and the customer information and model information for the operation information determined to be irregular to a cellular phone 406 on which display of character information is determined to be allowed.
