PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable sterilization efficacy to be evaluated when sterilizing treatment is performed by means of irradiating particles to microbes. SOLUTION: The microbes are put in a space inside a container 8 and then the particles 7 for sterilizing the microbes are irradiated, collecting the microbes by using a collecting device 6 thereafter, so that the collected microbes are measured to perform an evaluation of the sterilization. The microbes to be sterilized can be divided into one or more combinations selected from groups consisting of bacteria, fungus, virus and allergen matter. As the particle, positive ions, negative ions, mixed gases of the positive and negative ions, charged particles such asαrays andβrays, various gas particles gotten into a plasma state, ozone, particles such as free radical, and medical agents, etc. can be used.
