PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble making device for making bubbles for cleaning of a bubble cleaning type washing machine. SOLUTION: In the bubble making device 15, a bubble making body 16 is formed by connecting pipe connection parts 15a, 15b to both ends of at least one tube body 18, and in the tube body 18, at least one bubble making particle member (16a, etc.) with a three-dimensional structure having a plurality of narrow transparent paths communicating from an entrance side to an exit side is installed, and at a portion of the bubble making particle member positioned at the closest to the exit side or at a portion nearer to the entrance side than the bubble making particle member, at least one air injecting mouth 42b is provided. The connection parts 15a, 15b are piped to a cleaning liquid manufacturing device 11 and a bubble cleaning type washing machine 2, respectively. It is preferable for an entrance edge of the tube body 18 to be placed at a lower position than that of an exit edge, at least one of the particle member is placed at a higher position than that of the entrance edge of the tube body 18, and at least one of the air injecting mouth 42b is provided at the lowest position of the bubble making body 16 and a porous filter is provided at a downstream edge.
