PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the dried shavings of a chicken chest meat which are delicious, can be cut thinly and largely, and can be sterilized surely. SOLUTION: A seasoning is prepared by cooking or roasting the heated dried chicken chest meat seasoned by a seasoning containing a tomato sauce.
