The invention relates to a device for dosing and introducing ingredients into a kneading machine (C) for the production of small amounts of dough for the preparation of individual pizzas, round flat dough-cakes or similar. The device respectively comprises a specific measuring jug (11a, 5b) for the both ingredients which contain flour (F) and the liquid ingredients (W), said jug being arranged below the respective ingredient container and above the kneading machine (C). The ingredients flow into said measuring jug or flow out therefrom via slopes. A measuring jug having a changeable volume (20) can be used for the ingredients containing flour (F) and the volume thereof can alter or can be corrected in relation to an increase in weight and/or deviations from the target weight.
