The combined needle, containing the needle part (5) and a latch part (6), wherein the needle part (5) has a stalk (5.1) with the hook (5.2) made on it, and a latch part (6), aimed at enclosing or opening the hook (5.2), has the stalk sector (6.1) and the enclosing sector (6.2) connected with it, whilst the latch part (6) is on the side placed opposite to the hook (5.2) equipped with the slanting surface, whilst the hook (5.2) underneath determines the thread space (32) for inserting the thread and whilst the latch part (6) is for at least partial enclosing the hook (5.2) placed movably in the longitudinal direction related to the needle part (5). The latch part (6) contains the means for controlling the inserting the thread into the thread space (32) as its inseparable component, which consists of the slanting shifting surface (6.5, 36.5, 46.5, 56.5) of the thread, made directly on the enclosing sector (6.2) of the latch part (6) and slanted from the end of the hook (5.2) in the direction to the back (5.4) of the stalk (5.1) of the needle part (5), whilst the latch part (6) is in its slanting shifting surface (6.5) widened in the direction to the needle part (5), whilst the width (X) of this slanting shifting surface (6.5) exceeds the intended line (z), going from the inner contour (5.9) of the hook (5) and continuing in its elongation parallely with the axis (o) of the mutual shift of the latch part (6) and the needle part (5), and extends in the exceeding sector (X1) into the thread space (32) under the hook (5.2).
