The inventive bone fixing element (1) consists of a hollow cylinder (2) with n perforations (3) locating in the lateral surface (4) thereof, of a front ope n end (5), which is suited for insertion into the bone, of a rear end (6), and of a cylinder longitudinal axis (7). The rigidity of the hollow cylinder (2) decreases over its longitudinal axis (7) from the rear end (6) up to the fro nt end (5). Due its design, the bone fixing element (1) fulfills the demand for an adapted rigidity and can thus ensure a long-term anchoring inside the bon e, particularly in an osteoporotic bone, while simultaneously fulfilling the biological basic conditions.
