<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To indicate that an original document is attached to a document displayed with an icon to a user, and to simply edit the original document as well. <P>SOLUTION: For the document subject to management, a reduced image forming process S141 and an imaging process S142 are conducted to be followed by pin-marking processes S143 and S144 when it has an attached document. Document editing is conducted on the attached document when an event process is to be conducted on the pin-marked document. With a double click position set on a reduced image, and not over the pin-marked image, image edition is requested, and with that on the pin-marked image, re-edition of the original document is requested S155-S157. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
