<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic heater in which stable ignition and flame detection function can be obtained even if the heater is employed in a state exposed to a flame of high temperature for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: In the ignition ceramic heater of combustion-type heater mounted inside a vehicle, in an intermittent conduction endurance test in which 1,300 °C, two minute switching-on and one minute cooling is taken as one cycle, the change rate against the initial resistance value after 10,000 cycles is made 10% or less, and the ceramic heater having ignition and flame detection function is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
