<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor circuit, a data transfer system, and a data transfer method with high security preventing from reading out the design data and software. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor circuit comprises a decoder circuit 3 to which encrypted design data is input from outside and for decrypting the pre-encrypted design data based on the preset encryption codes; a configuration circuit 5 for receiving the outputs from the decoder circuit 3 and converting the design data into connecting information on wiring to output the design data; and a FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) circuit 6 in which a wiring connected in response with a RAM and RAM data, and a configurable logic block of which the logic is decided in response with the the RAM data, are placed for receiving the outputs from the configuration circuit 5 to configure a logic circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
