<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation limiter for a catheter with a flexible top. <P>SOLUTION: A torque handle (100) whose inside is hollow is rotatable with respect to a terminal cap (101) of the catheter. A torque element (105) is extended from the terminal cap of the catheter through a lure adapter (103) into a handle and exposed in a handle terminal (107). A hypo-tube exposed on the adjacent end of the handle is functioned as a removable guide or a point for introducing the torque element. Besides, a string or cable 102 is mounted on the torque handle. The torque element is fitted into a hypo-tube element (104) within the torque handle. When the torque handle is rotated with respect to the terminal of the catheter, the cable is wound around the hypo-tube element until the state of not unfastening the cable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
