<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate or display an appropriate stereoscopic image to a user even when an image to be displayed or a display device is changed, and to adjust a stereognostic sense in stereoscopic display by a simple operation, and to reduce the load of a programmer at the time of preparing properly stereoscopically displayable contents or application. <P>SOLUTION: A stereognostic sense adjusting part 112 displays a stereoscopic image to a user. When a displayed object comes to a marginal parallax, the user responds to the stereognostic sense adjusting part 112. Then, a parallax control part 114 generates a parallax image to realize proper parallax in following stereoscopic display. The control of parallax is realized by optimally setting a camera parameter according to three-dimensional data, and a function for realizing the proper parallax is integrated into a library. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
