<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control part to enable entry of electronic ink, edition and operation of ink, and/or recognition of ink, and a programming interface related to it. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic ink can be stored in a data structure such as an ink object to be taken out later by means of an application. While text can be bold, underlined, or italic, it can also be expressed with handwritten impression by means of the control part and the programming interface.
