SCANNER CONTROLLER HAVING MAGNIFICATION ANGLE MEASUREMENT FUNCTION

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scanner controller which can be incorporated into a scanner disassembly step without carrying out the work for prearrangement of a scanner as a separate step using a single purpose device.

SOLUTION: The scanner controller has a function to simultaneously display two pieces of image data; prescan data of a subject original and layout assignment data including the rule image of the original on a monitor, to rotationally parallel move at least one image data by interactively varying its power and to display the results thereof in superposition on the monitor, and a function to record the values indicating the magnification and angle of the rule image in the layout assignment to the original in association with the prescan data of the original when an operator instructs the timing for measurement. The scanner to be controlled by the scanner controller is so configured that the magnification angle measurement of the other original can be performed by activating means for the interactive measurement of the magnification angle during the scan inputting of the original image.
