PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation system for facilitating dispersed development and maintenance and preventing an increase in the size of a program.

SOLUTION: When an operation is implemented to a network apparatus in response to an operation implement request issued by an operation terminal and an operation result is outputted to the operation terminal, processing in connection with the implementation of the operation and processing in connection with the creation of operation result contents are divided and mounted, thus achieving the dispersed deployment and maintenance relative to the processing contents. Then, operation result analysis processing and operation result contents creation processing are divided and mounted, thus eliminating the need for being conscious of the analysis methodology of the operation result which becomes different for each operation and hence preventing an increase in the size of the program.
