PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triple-band high frequency switch module capable of switching over transmission circuits and reception circuits of a plurality of transceiver systems which share an antenna. SOLUTION: A high frequency switch for switching over the connection of a transmission circuit common to a first and second transceiver systems with an antenna circuit, the connection of the antenna circuit with a reception circuit of the first transceiver system and the connection of the antenna circuit with a reception circuit of the second transceiver system comprises a first diode disposed between the common transmission circuit and the antenna circuit, a second diode disposed between the antenna circuit and a reception circuit of the first transceiver system, a transmission line disposed between the antenna circuit and the reception circuit of the second transceiver system, and a third diode disposed between the reception circuit of the second transceiver system on the transmission line and the ground. The third diode is connected to the first and the second diodes through the transmission line which is formed as line electrodes in a laminate of a dielectric layer and an electrode pattern, and has dielectric layers with ground electrodes on the upside and downside of the dielectric layer having the line electrodes.
