PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user unconscious of the built-in of a device driver program (DDP) to facilitate attaching work for peripheral equipment. SOLUTION: This processor is provided with an input and output port, a memory part to load the DDP for the peripheral equipment connected to the port, a computing part for executing the DDP in response to a using requirement for the peripheral equipment from an OS or an AP, a request means for requesting the transfer of the DDP to the peripheral equipment connected to the port when a system environment is confirmed, and a loading means for loading the DDP transferred from the peripheral equipment to the memory part. When the system environment is operation-confirmed, the transfer of the DDP is required to the peripheral equipment, and the DDP transferred from the peripheral equipment is loaded in the memory part so as to eliminate install work completely.
