PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create a circle in drawing operation in a two-dimensional CAD system. SOLUTION: A first position P1 is hit to decide the center of a first circle. The first circle C1 having the position P1 as center, and distance to the position of a cursor as radius is displayed with a rubber band.
