PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner capable of preventing a beam reaching position and a beam diameter from being fluctuated by temperature or humidity. SOLUTION: A laser printer 2 includes the optical scanner 30 having a plastic cylinder lens 114 which has negative power in a subscanning direction, whose surface coming into contact with air is nearly plane and with which plastic being the same material as an fθlens is integrated by adhesion or molding or to which the curvature of a reverse sign is given, and 1st and 2nd fθlenses 116 and 118 whose surfaces other than toric surfaces are made eccentric in the same direction in the subscanning direction and whose toric surfaces are made eccentric in a reverse direction to the other surfaces in the subscanning direction and which are inclined differently from each other.
