PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the angle measuring error of a rotational angle measuring instrument and, at the same time, to enable a rotation detector to be attached easily to a driving device. SOLUTION: The rotational angle measuring instrument 10 of this invention which is provided with a stator coupling component 14 between casings 18 and 28 and is improved to avoid angle measuring errors and to easily attach the rotation detector 12 to an actuator 26 is provided at least with a dead bolt-like fastening tool 52 which fixes an encoder shaft 16 to the casing 18 in a twisting-resistant state by means of the stator coupling component 14 when the rotation detector 12 is removed from the casing 28 together with the component 14 and, on the other hand, releases the encoder shaft 16 when the component 14 is fixed to the actuator 26.
