PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retaining holder facilitating installation/removal work of a frame template and a lens, and improving the operability. SOLUTION: Template fixing member 100 is fixed to a template-installing part of the retaining holder. On an installation face 100a of the template-fixing member 100, a screw-installing hole 101 is formed, while a positioning pin 102 for positioning the frame template 6 is made to protrude. A fixing pin 103 is driven into the template-fixing member 100 to protrude a tip portion 103a into the screw-installing hole 101. The fixing screw 104, fixing the frame template 6 to the installation face 100a, is provided with a guide groove for pin 110. The fixing screw 104 is inserted into the screw-installing hole 101 with aligning the tip portion 103a of the fixing pin 103 with the groove 110. The tip portion 103a is protruded through the groove 110 and is pressed against the groove wall of a screw groove 105b by turning the fixing screw 104 in the tightening direction within one turn.
