PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heating capacity in a refrigerating cycle 10 by recovering heat from water heated by exhaust gas in an exhaust gas purifying device 40 and using the recovery heat for heating the refrigerant. SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle equipment heats refrigerant by a brine refrigerant heater 54 using brine whose heat is recovered from water in an exhaust purifying tank 41 heated by the heat of the exhaust gas by a heat recovery coil 51. This constitution can improve the heating capacity in the refrigerating cycle by recovering the heat from the water heated by the exhaust gas in the exhaust gas purifying device 40 and using the recovery heat for heating the refrigerant. Generally, when the water temperature rises, the solubility of gas lowers so that, when the water temperature in the exhaust purifying tank 41 rises, the solubility of nitrogen oxides NOx, sulfur oxides SOx or the like lowers. However, the recovering of the heat can suppress the rise of the water temperature in the exhaust purifying tank 41 so as to maintain the removal efficiency of harmful components in a favorable state.
