PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a device for conveying and rotating a paper sheet printed matter pile so as to have a minimal required space and form a relatively simple structure. SOLUTION: The device 100 for conveying and rotating the paper sheet printed matter pile 70 is equipped with a conveying unit 30 moved along a carriage guide 20 by a drive device 10, and a rotation unit 40 for acting on and coupling to a tightening clamp 60 for holding the paper sheet printed matter pile 70 and the conveying unit 30, and the rotation unit 40 includes one lever with a lever roller, wherein the lever roller is in contact with a cam guide. The rotation unit 40 includes a transmitting device for converting rotation movement of the lever into rotation movement of the tightening clamp 60. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
