PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of a refuse collection container 3 for loading refuse in a refuse collection box. SOLUTION: This refuse collection container is provided with first and second operation sections 71 and 72 for operating a loading device 6, and the second operation section 72 comprises a pedal type switch. The second operation section 72 is detachably constituted from a connection section 37 of the container 3, and when the second operation section 72 is connected to the connection section 37, the first operation section 71 is set not operable except for the operation to stop the loading device 6.
