PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool to easily subdivide liquid in respective perfume containers of different sizes and shapes to small containers. SOLUTION: One end of a capillary-shaped nozzle is cut slantly to form an inlet and the other end is widened radially to form a funnel having an opening. On the outer periphery of the opening, an eccentric collar with a wider portion at one side is formed integrally with the opening, with making the depth of the funnel not less than two times as large as the diameter of the opening.
