PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacecraft on a comparatively small scale for the use of many people. SOLUTION: This spacecraft has little danger even when the wind is strong by forming the propeller blades of the spacecraft as a built-in type (since the danger is great when the wind is strong because the blades of a conventional helicopter are open). With the use of the built-in type for many kinds of vehicles, many people can enjoy space. The effect is preeminent. As to fuel, the cost is close to naught once a facility is constructed because of a wind mill power generation facility. Although the weight of a battery is heavy for the moment, a small and light battery with power will soon come out.
